DubaiThirty-eight years: a farewell to Keshtu
Two colleagues retired with sixty years of service between them. What that says about how this company works.

After thirty-eight years — a good part of his life — Abdul Rahman Aydrusa, known to everyone as Keshtu, retired from the Group's logistics operation.
He was ready to receive containers at the warehouse at any hour, whether four in the morning or seven at night, and did so without ever watching the clock. More than an employee, he was part of the family, ready to lend a hand on any occasion.
The Group also said goodbye to Mr. Azeem, who had served for twenty-two years — hardworking, honest and steady throughout.
A farewell was held in their honour in Dubai. Between them they gave sixty years to the same company, which is the clearest account anyone could give of how this business treats the people who work in it.
